DALIRESP is contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh B or C). Concomitant use with strong cytochrome P450 enzyme inducers (e.g., rifampicin, phenobarbital) is not recommended, and caution is advised with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors or dual inhibitors as they may increase side effects.
