Common and Serious Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (≥20%) include increased transaminases, myalgia/arthralgia, fatigue, fever, and mucositis. Serious reactions can include differentiation syndrome, posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES), QT interval prolongation, and pancreatitis. These require prompt medical intervention and may necessitate dosage modification or discontinuation.
