How should I use MYFEMBREE(Relugolix)?
MYFEMBREE should be taken as one tablet orally once daily, at the same time each day, and can be taken with or without food.
Dosage Instructions for MYFEMBREE
The recommended dosage of MYFEMBREE is one tablet daily, with each tablet containing 40 mg of relugolix, 1 mg of estradiol, and 0.5 mg of norethindrone acetate. It should be taken consistently at the same time each day.
If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible on the same day, and the regular dosing schedule should be resumed the following day. Hormonal contraceptives should be discontinued before starting treatment, and pregnancy must be excluded.
