How should I use Orserdu(Elacestrant)?

ORSERDU™ should be administered as 345 mg orally once daily with, with dose adjustments based on adverse reactions and hepatic impairment.  

Dosage and Administration of ORSERDU™

The recommended dosage of ORSERDU™ is 345 mg taken orally once daily with food to reduce the likelihood of nausea and vomiting. Patients should take the drug at approximately the same time each day. If a dose is missed for more than six hours or if vomiting occurs, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the usual time. 

Dose reductions may be required if adverse reactions occur. In patients with moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh B), the dosage should be reduced to 258 mg once daily. Severe hepatic impairment is a contraindication for ORSERDU™ use.
