Dosage and Administration Guidelines for WELIREG

1. Recommended dose: 120 mg orally once daily.

2. Administration: With or without food, at the same time each day. Tablets should be swallowed whole, not chewed, crushed, or split.

3. Missed dose: Take as soon as possible on the same day. Resume regular schedule the next day. Do not take extra tablets.

4. Vomiting: Do not retake the dose. Take the next dose on the next day.

5. Duration: Until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
